We do not request sensitive data unless it is essential. If we do, we will tell you that you are not required to provide it. We only collect data about minors when strictly necessary, in their best interest.

Include your name, ID, what you are asking for and how to contact you. Response times:

• Inquiries: we reply within 10 business days. If that is not possible, we will tell you and reply within 5 more business days.
• Claims (correction, update or deletion): we reply within 15 business days. If that is not possible, we will tell you and reply within 8 more business days.

7. Who we share your data with

With your consent, we may transfer your data to third parties, only when they need it for the purposes above: rental insurance companies, technology providers that host our information, and authorities when the law requires it. These processors must protect your data to the same standard.

We apply technical, human and administrative measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized access or use. We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and for as long as legal, accounting and tax rules require.
