How do you file one?

You can file it through any of these channels:

  • Online: with the form below. This is the fastest way.
  • By email: to administracion@perimetroinmobiliario.com.co, with the subject "PQRS".
  • At our office: Carrera 42 No. 3 Sur 81 — Medellín, Colombia, Milla de Oro Distrito de Negocios, Torre 2, Oficina 813.

So we can process it, include:

  • Your full name and ID number.
  • An email address and a mobile number.
  • The property address or code, if your request is about one.
  • What happened and what you are asking for, with any supporting documents or photos.

If anything is missing, we will ask you for it. The response deadline starts once your request is complete.

What is a PQRS?

It is the formal channel to make a request or raise a concern with us. It is logged with a date and has a response deadline. You can file:

  • Petition: a request for information, documents or an action (for example, a certificate or an account statement).
  • Complaint: dissatisfaction with how our staff treated you.
  • Claim: dissatisfaction with a service or a charge, asking for it to be corrected.
  • Suggestion: an idea to improve our service.
  • Personal data: view, update, correct or delete your data (Habeas Data).

How long does it take?

We count business days, starting the day after you file:

  • Petitions, complaints and claims: up to 15 business days.
  • Requests for documents or information: up to 10 business days.
  • Personal data inquiries: up to 10 business days. Personal data claims: up to 15 business days.

If we can’t answer in time, we will tell you before the deadline, with the reason and a new date.
