Is there any cost to list my property?
No. Advice, the initial appraisal and publication are free. We only charge commission once the property is sold or rented.
What documents do I need?
To get started we only need your contact details and the property location. We review the formal paperwork during the visit.

The Aburrá Valley and eastern Antioquia, including Medellín, Envigado, Sabaneta, Itagüí, Bello, Rionegro and La Ceja, among others.
How long does it take to sell or rent?
